BrewEdge is a full product build: an AI brewing coach for specialty coffee, available as a web app and published on Google Play.

Home brewers and baristas can scan a coffee bag label with their camera to identify the roaster, origin, process and tasting notes, then receive a complete tailored recipe — dose, water, temperature, grind setting, bloom time and pour sequence. After brewing, they describe how the cup tasted and BrewEdge diagnoses the extraction — bitterness, sourness, under- or over-extraction — and recommends one focused adjustment for the next brew.

The app is grinder-aware, translating grind guidance into clicks, steps or rotations for popular grinders like 1Zpresso, Comandante, Timemore and Niche Zero, and supports every major method from espresso to V60, AeroPress, Chemex, Kalita Wave and French Press. A built-in Coffee Wiki covers brew methods, origin profiles, processing science and variety genetics. Subscriptions are handled in-app with weekly and monthly plans.
